Light Gauge Steel Framing
Light Gauge Steel Framing

The LSF frame is assembled from cold formed galvanized steel profiles. In the gaps between the elements of the frame heat insulation material is placed and the frame is supplied with surface layers made of various materials, forming a layered structure.

Pre-fabricated Building
Pre-fabricated Building

Modular buildings are sectional prefabricated buildings, that consist of multiple sections called modules. The modules are six sided boxes constructed in a remote facility, then delivered to their intended site of use. The modules can be placed as per different configuration.

Pre-engineered buildings are modern adapted systems where the building’s structural members are manufactured at the factory and assembled at the site. When these buildings are built with great efficiency, they can be 30% lighter than conventional steel buildings.

Dry Walls

Drywall construction, a type of construction in which the interior wall is applied in a dry condition without the use of mortar. The materials used in drywall construction are gypsum board, plywood and fibre cement boards. The large, rigid sheets are fastened directly to the frame.

Safety, Health, and Environmental Policies

ACIER STOUT PROJECTS is committed to the health, safety, and environment of our employees & workmen for all who are involved in our project. Protection of employees and workmen from injury or occupational diseases is a major continuing objective. We shall identify, control and safety risks arising in the work place through safe work procedure and risk assessment of activities prior to start work. Safety is of prime concern at Acier Stout Projects.

An internal HSE committee is in place to ensure adherence to HSE policy, review and revision of guidelines, training & auditing with respect to HSE policy. Our safety officer ensures all workmen to wear construction PPEs (safety googles, helmets, gloves, aprons, jackets & shoes) at all times during work execution. All sub-contractors or other agencies involved in this project shall be responsible to comply health, safety & environment requirement as per the applicable laws.

It will be the responsibility of everyone from the top management to the workers to keep the work place safe and healthy.

Quality Assurance, and Control Policy

We are providing free maintenances or services to our client for two years. We are checking quality at multiple stages i.e. incoming material quality check for raw material, in-process control of production, prototype inspection, final inspection before dispatches. MTC’s for all products are provided to our client for assurance of quality.
